Some sounds are confusing for speakers of particular mother tongue.
It is important in the early stage of learning that students get used to reading alphabets with its correct pronunciation.

Review each letter with the flashcards and listen carefully!

Now let’s review each movement!
“Tap” – hit the card with an index finger a few times
“Move” – change the position of the card from right to left and reverse.
“Flip” – turn the card
Now let’s flip all the cards and listen carefully what the audio says. Follow the instruction.

“Remeber the letter?”
First let’s see what each alphabet sounds like.
Review each letter with the flashcards and listen carefully!
Look at 6 cards below. They are all faced down.

Now we will turn the cards and you can look at the alphabets on the cards.
You have 30 seconds to memorize the letters on the cards!
After 30 seconds, the cards will be faced down again.
Now please start saying the first letter that was on your left.
Then next, and next, and next….
until the last card on your right!!!

Activity THREE
“Hang Bear!”
Have you ever played a “Hang man” before?
Well, it is a very popular game for young learners when they are studying the letters for the first time.

First let’s review all three categories of vocabularies because the word will be chosen from the same pool.

Now we will write on the board first how many letters the word consists of. For example, if it is a pineapple, the word consists of 9 letters. So let’s draw 9 underlines like this _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
You have 12 chances in total to guess the word until the drawing of the bear is completed.
The game goes on until the student 1 finishes drawing the hangman or until the rest of the students guess the word to save the bear from hanging itself.
Hint: You should probably start with the vowels!
